The Dalai Lama recently presided over a conference on Quantum Physics and Buddhism. Those who have read Sifu's books, The Complete book of Zen, or Sukhavati, will be familiar with this confluence of thinking. Essentially, the Dalai Lama argues that the understandings revealed by quantum physics are necessary to comprehend reality. HH also notes that these recent scientific discoveries have long been known in Buddhism. See the link here: Religion and Quantum Physics
