Zu Beginn des Trainings gibt es "Wasser Büffel Training" um seine körperlichen Grenzen auszuloten, zu überschreiten und wieder schnell zu regenerieren durch Qi- Arbeit.
Samstag:
Shaolin Taktik und Strategie gegen Boxer und Kickboxer
Erlerne wie man eigene Kampf-Sequenzen kreiert.
Sonntag:
Taktik und Strategie von Kurzwaffen(Kurz-Stock, Messer, Stift, Münzen etc.)
Erlerne den Einsatz und die Verteidigung damit
die Registrierung für das Warrior Projekt 2016 in Deutschland ist angelaufen und es sind nur noch einige Plätze frei.
Zur weiteren Information solltet ihr wissen das dies das einzige WP in 2016 sein wird, das sich ausschließlich mit dem Umgang (Taktik, Strategie) gegen andere Kampfkünste beschäftigen wird.

Viele denken durch Formen und Energiearbeit kann man das erreichen...sie aber merken schnell..das dies nicht der richtige Ansatz ist.
