Hi brothers and sisters,
You may wonder why the complete autobiography is so long which consists of more than 80 chapters? What else are included in the book besides of describing the early age of Sifu and how Sifu learned from his four masters? Well, I would like to share something interesting now - which is the complete but brief content of the book!!! Hopefully this can give you the whole idea of what is really about the book.
Oh ya before I forget, Tim you are right, that good looking and energetic young man is Sifu. Sifu divided the book into three parts, namely "The Formative Year", "Building the Foundation" and "Spreading Health and Happiness". Sifu try to describe his experience where he travels to numerous countries to spread the Shaolin arts in the last part. To make it as perfect as possible, the book is still in the process (smile)......
