Hi all,
If I am really weak emotionall and mentally. Can I call on the strength of God in the morning for assistance? If so, how will I know when I no longer need to do this (i.e, I don't want to then be overtraining with too much energy). Of course I will use the strength of God only for good purpose.
For a bizarre reason, after some demanding time and overindulgence I attempted a chi kung technique the next day in addition to twice-daily chi kung practice. It involves slapping the Ki1 bubbling spring point 50-100 times, followed by brief meditation with barefeet on the Earth. I did not have a good day or sleep.
I have learnt several lessons from my crazy behaviours.
But unfortunately, after regular days of chi kung following this I still feel a tingling in my feet and still haven't resolved the issue of a sexual blockage which also comes with feelings of physical inadequacy. As I live in a remote area, I am also missing frequent social contact with friends, {and Skype/IM< is slow out here owing to slow regional internet}, so find it difficult to stay strong emotionally.
I am sure I will resolve most of these issues myself {especially with a good circulation of chi}, but would appreciate a little Shaolin insight especially on the blockage issue.
Would it be worht seeing a good acupuncturist next week in addition to back-to-basics chi kung such as Lifiting the Sky /. pushing Mountains?
Best,
Chris.
