    Ten Greatest Attainments in Life

The greatest wealth is good health.
    The greatest gift is forgiveness.
The greatest crime is not being filial to parents.
The greatest shame is to bully others.
The greatest mistake is to gamble.
The greatest failure is being vain.
The greatest stupidity is to take drugs.
The greatest bankruptcy is loss of hope.

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."

This is one of the most extraordinary teaching ever shared by Sifu. Absolutely amazing.

But very easy to overlook them. Very easy to believe that we really apply them, when in fact we don´t. Even more easy to talk about them.

In fact it requires a lot of humility ... and a constant "self-check" on a daily basis ... whatever be our age or "rank" in society or any kind of achievement (internal force, combat, authoring books etc).

I know that Sifu is living them 100% each second and this is why I have so much respect for him.

This is really beautiful and inspiring. When I read it the first time, I immediately thought: "My god, I should fight inside myself in order to attain that even before thinking of fight competitions or something similar." In fact, our strongest opponents are deeply inside us. We can win these fights just by cultivating the highest moral values and a pure heart. Truly beautiful Sigung, your words make me absolutely happy.

Thank you very much Sigung for that great lesson.
Thanks to my Sifu for showing me the path.
Thanks to past masters for holding the teachings so pure that future generations can benefit from it.
Thanks to the cosmos for... well, just because. :-)
