    Directed thoughts during meditation?

Only one thing which comes in my mind:

meditation how I've learned from my sifu means: no move, no thoughts -> Wuji

I've had a very strong allergy which has gone without espacially asking for. Just by doing - no thoughts

I don't know if it's good to have any directed thoughts - also if they might be very good - during meditation....

I practice (every morning) Sword Fingers Zhuang followed by closing movements (rubbing the face and head, massaging ears and Dazhui, beating qigong, rotating knees, rotating ankles).
During the day, I practice Body Breathing and Rising Kidneys.

I practice everyday, usually twice a day, morning and evening. Sometimes I also have a mini session in the afternoon, or when the need arises.

        Still,

            Hello everyone,

My practise schedule is as follows:

In the morning I do Chi Kung (20 minutes).
In the afternoon/ evening Kung Fu (60 minutes)

Since I first learned Chi Kung in august 2006 I practiced at least once every day for about 15/ 20 minutes. Ok maybe I missed like a day or 2 in total

I learned Kung Fu since 2008, for a big year i didn't practise like I should, but now i have a smooth schedule that lasts exactly for about an hour.

I begin with a few repetitions of LTS, Chi Flow, and then the basic Horse Stance. Then another nice Chi Flow and a little Standing Zen.

Then I go through all stances, one by one, for about 10 counts, altough i don't count

After each side (left and right) i have a nice Chi Flow again.

Then i train my bow arrow stance. Chi Flow.

Then Moving in Stances, Chi Flow, and then some Combat Sequences. Chi Flow.

After that I do One Finger Shooting Zen for 2 rounds,
and then the Eagle Claw Force Set.

Then the Art of Flexibility (all 5 exercises), Chi Flow and Standing Zen.

Once a week I practise Golden Bridge, and soon I will incorporate Dan Tian Breathing once a week also.

Right now once when I wake up and once a couple hours before bed.

Just lifting the sky, a little taijiquan and Chi flow right now though.

My practice sessions are slightly varied nowadays, but basically, this is probably going to change really soon as I learn more level 1 material.

                    1st:

                    Open
                    Lohan Worships Buddha
                    Art of Flexibility
                    Stance Training
                    30 Punches
                    Pushing Mountains
                    Lohan Worships Buddha
                    Close

                    2nd:

                    Remedial

                    open
Rotating head/drawing arrows/carrying the moon combo
                    close

                    3rd:

                    Open
                    Lohan Worships Buddha
                    Art of Flexibility
                    Horse Stance
                    Lifting the Sky
                    Lohan Worships Buddha
                    Close

Chi flow before closing, and as needed.

Every so often I will do a quick LTS drill my Sifu taught me.

I try to smile from the heart throughout the day.

I shall contribute my current training schedule as well!

                      Morning (~20' total)
-Wake up, turn off alarm, give a big yawn.
                      -"Enjoy the flow of life"
                      -Lifting the Sky
-One or two exercises from Art of Flexibility. Current favorites are Touching Toes and Three Levels to Earth. Some days I do a leg stretch that resembles Old Monk Takes Off Shoes from 18 Lohan Art, which I learnt from ballet.
-A combat sequence set or two (Black Tiger Steals Heart and/or Fierce Tiger Across Valley) to keep them fresh in my mind and body.
                      -Close

                      Evening (~40'-60' total)
                      -"Enjoy the flow of life"
-Lifting the Sky or Lifting Sun & Moon
-Golden Bridge or Two Finger Zen
-2 or 3 exercises from Art of Flexibility or (more rarely) Art of 100 Kicks
-Set Practice (currently Fierce Tiger Speeds Through Valley)
-Sequence Practice (beginning with the sequence I'm focusing on for that week, and gradually blending in other sequences that I know).
                      -Close

I punctuate each item on the list with a little chi flow and as needed; lately I've been "wanting" to go into chi flow a couple of times during sequence practice. At any rate, I'm having a lot of fun with my practice.
I like making silly videos (including kung fu ones!) every so often on YouTube and taking pictures of weird things on Instagram.

I know what you mean. There have been a few sessions where it felt like it was one big chi flow.

Anyway. Here's my current schedule, always subject to change.

                        Morning:
                        My Remedial Chi Kung Set
                        Zhan Zhuang
                        Chi flow
                        Art of Flexibility
                        Combat Training(Sequences, etc)
                        Chi flow

                        Night:
                        Pushing Mountains
                        30 Punches
                        Chi flow
                        Footwork Training
                        Combat Training(Sequences, etc)

I practice my basic Chi Kung skills almost every day (miss 1 in 20 days on average) Occasionally I practice second time.

I already have established morning sitting exercise so my Chi Kung practice happens in the evening: it's usually around 9 pm, sometimes at 5 pm.

                          The structure:

                          Enter QSoM
                          One of 18 Lohan Hands
                          Chi Flow
                          Meditation
                          Completion (face massage and drumming)

My favourite forms are Lifting the Sky and Plucking the Stars but I often choose whatever I fancy or feel that I need at the moment.

This daily routine is now established so I look forward to learning more Shaolin Wanham skills and techniques I could use for specific needs of mine.

With best wishes for your practice!
                          Jacek
