Morning (~20' total)
-Wake up, turn off alarm, give a big yawn.
-"Enjoy the flow of life"
-Lifting the Sky
-One or two exercises from Art of Flexibility. Current favorites are Touching Toes and Three Levels to Earth. Some days I do a leg stretch that resembles Old Monk Takes Off Shoes from 18 Lohan Art, which I learnt from ballet.
-A combat sequence set or two (Black Tiger Steals Heart and/or Fierce Tiger Across Valley) to keep them fresh in my mind and body.

-Set Practice (currently Fierce Tiger Speeds Through Valley)
-Sequence Practice (beginning with the sequence I'm focusing on for that week, and gradually blending in other sequences that I know).
-Close
I punctuate each item on the list with a little chi flow and as needed; lately I've been "wanting" to go into chi flow a couple of times during sequence practice. At any rate, I'm having a lot of fun with my practice.
I like making silly videos (including kung fu ones!) every so often on YouTube and taking pictures of weird things on Instagram.
