  • Cham Kiew 尋橋

    尋橋
    xún qiáo (Mandarin)

A Wing Choon Kung Fu(詠春拳) set.

In Choe Family Wing Choon, "Siu Lin Tou"(小練頭) consists of three parts. The first part corresponds to what other Wing Choon styles practice as "Siu Lim Tou"(小念頭), and the second and the third parts to "Cham Kiu"(尋橋) and "Phew Chee"(鏢指). However, while "Siu Lin Tou"(小練頭) (Part 1) is similar to "Siu Lim Tou"(小念頭) of other Wing Choon styles, "Cham Kiu"(尋橋) and "Phew Chee"(鏢指) in Choe Family Wing Choon are quite different.

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."
