  • Biography of Sitaigung Ho

    Hi dear Wahnam family.

I'm very interested about Staigung Ho's life, what his story was, what kind of person he was, ect...

Does anyone know if there is a biography, or something similar of him somewhere?

    Would be much appreciated.

I took a gander at Sigung's Q&A series and found a few links that may be of use to learning about Sitaigung Ho Fatt Nam:

Sitaigung being accepted as a disciple of Sijo (?) Yang Fatt Khuen, as well as the meaning of Sitaigung's name. Another recounting can be read here. It also talks about Sitaigung's Seven Stars set.

A little more about Sitaigung Ho's rising in the grand sparring competition held in his master's school.

Sitaigung being the Monkey God's chosen disciple for a time, and later, the Immortal Li's.

Sitaigung mentioning to Sigung how he (Sitaigung) had to spend three years on just force training before anything Cross-Road at Four Gates.

Talking about Sitaigung's Taoist cultivation and some of the abilities he gained from it.

Sitaigung using his One Finger Zen in some amazing situations.

Most of the links above also have photographs of Sitaigung. Hope this gives a good start!

It also talks about Sitaigung's Seven Stars set.
                        - At a dinner during the 2010 Summer Camp Sifu gave an impromptu demonstration of Seven Stars set applications. It really is fantastic - if you ever have the chance to learn it, don't hesitate.
