    Hello Vero,

for questions about chinese medical herbs, Bensky´s "Materia Medica: Chinese Herbal Medicine" ISBN-10: 0939616424 / ISBN-13: 978-0939616428 is a good source. Hope you can find the answers there.

    Best, Anton.

      Hey Vero,

I apologize for my previous incorrect response, as you were referring to Xin Bao and San Jiao Meridians and not any herbs. I did not know the chinese names of these Pericardium (Xin Bao) and Triple Warmer (San Jiao) meridians

I like Sigungs Complete Book of Chinese Medicine and Peter Deadmans Manual of Acupuncture. There is plenty of information on the web as well.

      Best regards, Anton.

Peter Deadman & Mazin Al Khafadji ' Manual of Acupuncture'

        Wiseman 'Fundamentals of Chinese Medicine'

Wang Ju-Yi 'Applied Channel Theory in Chinese Medicine'

The last one gives a profound insight on the meridian system. Highly recommended.
