Can one possible mistake be that knee is too bend forward creating a high risk of knee injury?

The Knee is pushing forward and is not twisting.

It is to see that the upper body is leaning forward and didn´t stand centered.

The Main Push ist coming from the ellebows.The Power of the Push should be come from the rotation from feet to hips to upper body and ending in the hands like the 3 harmonies.

Difficult to see precisely from this angle but:
- Back knee seems to collapse inwards in the ready position (may just be camera positioning, of course)
- Front foot seems to be pointing to the North (maybe also be a camera position thing)
- Waist rotation lacking i.e. not displaying the principle of start with the back leg, control through to waist and end at the hands. This manifests in disconnection of the push and disharmony of the external 3 harmonies
- Front knee and weight extend far too far forward
- Elbows over-extend at end of push
