This Friday we have our standard defence technique "Single Tiger Emerges from Cave" of Southern Shaolin Kung Fu.

What have I done wrong?

thank you very much for your continued efforts! I remember how much time I spent creating a few minutes of video some time ago. We all appreciate your work.

The first mistake I would like to mention is that the claw is not correct.

Would some others maybe like to chime in?

Thank you for the great Method to learn :-)

The Tigerclaw is incorrect it looks more like a lepardfist.

Secound the greatest fail is the arm goes siteways like a hard block and not leanig forward like a soft neutralizing.

Last but not least the body must turn more to the side and not to the front and the arm should be more stretched
