This is the 2nd year of the Kung Fu Expo. Here is one opening demonstration clip of myself and my Sifu ( Joesph Ng ) during Chi Sao practice. If you look closely you will see the way we do Chi sao is a liitle different. it has more of a Push hands appoach with a free flolwing pattern. It is based more on feeling and pressure not so much striking,athought striking is part of it.
