It looks like that file, seq1e.avi, simply doesn't exist. Maybe Sifu has it on disk somewhere, and can upload it to the proper location on the website.

In the abridged version of Wahnam Taijiquan Against Other Martial Arts, the video-clip p328t.avi was not found. By looking at the links for the previous video-clips (pt325.avi and pt327.avi), I found the correct link for video-clip pt328.avi should be:
