  • At the Foot of Tiger Head Mountain虎頭山 and Guan Dao Mountain關刀山

Our School, National Puli Vocational High School 國立埔里高級工業職業學校, has a good view of Tiger Head Mountain虎頭山(right). We also have a beautiful view of Guan Dao Mountain關刀山(left). The Guan Dao was wielded by the great warrior Guan Yu(關羽) of the Three Kingdoms(三國) period. Guan Yu is often depicted holding his heavy weapon in one hand a book in the other. That is because, besides being a warrior, he was also a scholar and school teacher.

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."
