Sad news about our friend Ronan. I remember years back I heard about him when he used to be regarded as one of the best fighters in the school. My memory of him is someone who made you feel like you'd been his friend for years even when you'd just met him. Wishing comfort for his family and hoping he's in a better place now.

Wishing Peace to our dear Brother Ronan and his Family

" It is worthwhile to remember that we are a spirit having a body, not a body having a spirit.
The body, which is physical, changes all the time, but the spirit does not, until it merges with Cosmic Reality or God the Holy Spirit.
The body takes different forms in different life-times, but the spirit remains the same."

Wow sad news indeed. Brother Ronan introduced me to Sifu and the Shaolin arts which have transformed my life for the better in so many ways. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
I hope you all enjoy this clip of him smiling and singing, he was such a great and talented guy. I remember when he played the spanish flamenco on the guitar it created a magical atmosphere.
