  • Homework - Chi Kung in addition to Kung Fu and Tai Chi Sets (due 30 April 2021)

    Each of our Kung Fu and Tai Chi sets is complete in itself. They always include some techniques for building inner strength and generating a chi flow.
    Assuming the practitioner is already healthy, is it necessary to practice other chi kung exercises, such as 18 Lohan hands or Sinew Metamorphosis in addition,
    or would it be sufficient to practice only one set to achieve benefits like health, inner strength, vitality and spiritual development?
    What are the benefits in combining these Arts in our daily training?

    Seems like there's no benefit in combining Chi Kung and Martial Arts... or is there?

    I'm sure there is at least some.
