  • Taiji Chi Kung video

Try learning this from the video! A snake-like form. He doesn't seem to have any bones in his legs.

PS - how do I get the URL shown as a keyword rather than this massive URL?

PS - how do I get the URL shown as a keyword rather than this massive URL?
    1) Write the Keyword.

    example: Tai Chi Chi Kung

    2) Highlight "Tai Chi Chi Kung" with your cursor.

3)Press the "Insert Link" button(the button looks like a globe with a paper clip in front of it)

4)Paste the link into the box that appears

I've done it here: Tai Chi Chi Kung

If you quote my post here, you can see how the code looks after you've done this. So, instead of pressing the buttons, you can actually write the code out. Quotes work the same way. Let me know if you need help.

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."
