WONDERFUL HUATUO´S 5 ANIMAL PLAY
Friday 17th July - from 16 to 20h
5 Animal Play is a famous Chikung method developed by the great Chinese doctor Huato 2000 years ago. In this Chikung, movements are represented by 5 animals: deer, bear, tiger, monkey and bird.

ART OF MANIFESTING ENERGY FLOW
Saturday 18th July – from 9 to 13h
This is the Shaolin Cosmos Chikung basic course, suited for being initiated in the art of Chikung. Also, is an excellent course to overcome health problems and acquire the two crucial skills in chikung: entering a chikung state of mind and generating an energy flow.

CHIKUNG AND TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Saturday 18th July – from 16 to 20h
Sifu Wong will teach this course for the first time in Barcelona (world premiere). This course is very interesting and useful for both practiciones and students of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturists, Chikung and Taichi teachers and healers. Therapists from other Eastern Medicine systems, as well as professionals from any other energy therapy systems will find many secrets in the course.
ART OF BONE MARROW CLEANSING
(SELECTION)
Sunday 19th July – from 9 to 13h
This is an advanced traditional Chikung method used to direct energy flow deeper to the bone marrow and nervous system. This skill is transmitted from master to student and can be experienced during the course itself.
**”Generating/Manifesting Energy Flow” Course of any other course of a similar level is a prerequisite.
MERGING WITH THE COSMOS
Sunday 19th July – from 16 to 20h
In this course, the focus is on mental and spiritual development as a result of Chikung. Mental clarity and freshness, expansion of the spirit and the feeling of merging with the Cosmos, as well as happiness, peace and freedom, are frequent descriptions from students. An exercice from “Sinew Metamorphosis” called “Lifting Body” will be used as a mean to train this skill.

KUNGFU:

SHAOLIN KUNGFU”UMBRELLA” SET
Thursday 16th July – from 9 to 13h and 16 to 20h
This course is open to Kungfu practicioners of any style, including Taichi, who want to enhance their combat efficiency with the use of this common tool, the umbrella, for self-defense.

All attendants can have lunch in the same course venue.
Martí Codolar Salesian Residence is place full of gardens, far from the city hustle, located at the north part of the city.
It holds a hostel where people coming from outside the city can stay, it´s advised to make a reservation in advance due to the big demand they have.
