After a year of preparation and with Sifu’s permission, I’m glad to announce my new online platform that just went online.

The Shaolin Treasure House may serve as an entry point to our teaching and aid to the spread and preservation of our wonderful arts.

The first 6-month course on Shaolin Kung Fu level 1 according to our syllabus will be available soon.

My first online course on Qi Gong is online and ready for booking!

Sifu never ceases to call chi flow the essence of Qi Gong.

And as this 4-week online program is aiming at developing exactly that skill, the name of the course is:

"The Essence of Qi Gong" consists of three phases:

• 3 weekly blocks of preparatory videos to learn our three basic Qi Gong exercises
• 3 Livestream session

Congratulations Sifu Leo : this is historical in that effectively getting the benefits of practising some aspects of the Shaolin Arts is now viable through online channels and also for setting a benchmark for teaching internal arts effectively via the WWW.

Needless to say , the abovementioned is only possible when a trinity of factors are fullfilled : a good teacher (Sifu Leo) , a good art (Shaolin Arts) and a good student ( follows instructions)

Previous experience has shown that teaching via livestream (Zoom) is quite effective and students could develop chi flow even by watching the pre-recorded videos of my fundamental Kung Fu online course.

It seems that the heart-to-heart-transmission transcends time and space.

In-person classes will always continue to be the best option, as long as uploading of information directly to the brain as seen in the "Matrix" is not available.

Nevertheless, I've come to the conclusion that students will benefit more from a great method learnt online than by visiting in-person classes of shallow styles with little effect.

" I would believe that Western technology would be more efficient in implementing the same principle than traditional manual methods. As an analogy to give witnesses a picture of how chi recipient moved after receiving chi transmitted by me over a distance, I had to see their movements in my mediation and then describe the movements to the witnesses. They would confirm the movements over telephone with other witnesses at the scene of chi reception. It would be faster and more effective if Western technology of television networking was used. "

Modern technologies ( eg internet , ICT , telemedicine , AR , VR etc ) has significantly decreased many inconveniences related to time and space

Both skill acquisition and technology creation need time , effort and standing upon the shoulders of past teachers and inventors
