  • Sharing Blessing with Shaolin Kung Fu

    Hello everyone,

I have recently deepened my appreciation of the power of sharing blessing and the effectiveness of training the Shaolin Arts to spread blessings.

I am involved with a charitable organisation and so am meeting more and more people who give their time and energy to help an organisation or some one specific. The effect of their efforts is often amazing and very admirable.

I've noticed the effectiveness of people that share their talents to help. With using their business Knowledge to make money or communication skills to reach people. But I've noticed the most effective and wide spreading talent is alot of energy and a loving heart.

I am always amazed at the effectiveness of how Shaolin Kung Fu and Shaolin Chi Kung is at simply spreading blessing and benefits.

The training brings good health, vitality, abundant energy and a joyful heart with a strong exposure to high morals. These aspects of a person make them very valuable to other people because at the simplest level they are a joy to see and spent time with. So spreading their blessings and benefits very effectively, simply and without exclusion.

I am astounded at how simple being kind to the people around you and using your energy for good is and the huge difference it makes but more importantly, the fact that its so easy for Shaolin Wahnam students to do.

At the recent Wedding review course in Malaysia my favorite phrase that inspired me the most in relation to my training and the other people in my life was 'Powerful and Gentle.'

    all the best,
    Innes Maran

    all the best,
    Dear Sifu Innes,
I whole-heartedly agree. Although my exposure to the Shaolin Arts or Internal Arts in general is quite limited I am happy to say that I have been lucky enough to meet many great people and simply seeing people that "walk the walk" is inspiring in itself.
There can be a lot of skeptism and anger. People tend to regard kindness and compassion as weaknesses. Having people balance love with courage, strength and wisdom, power and peace is enough to change how others view the world and themselves.

I know it did for me.

    Love and blessings,

I also agree whole-heartedly with my brother Innes.

I have literally been astounded by the difference in the state of people I meet, throughout the day, when I am opening up to the joy of the cosmos. Literally everyone you meet will smile back and share laughs and better still the people who you notice are sad, nervous etc will brighten up and change state.

Whats inspiring more is when I meet my seniors and Sigung and observe how they spread blessings all day with open hearts.

I trully believe this is key to progressing in our arts, I think you literally double the effects of force training and general kung fu training when you carry the powerful and gentle demenour into your daily life.

      All the best

        Hello

I have experienced similar benefit from my '3 Fundamentals'-
        • Gong
        • High Morals
        • Open Heart

Gently focussing on these 3 aspects have given me incredible happiness and insight within the Shaolin Arts.

        Thank you Sigung

            Similarly,

as a result of my training I have come to know "opening ones heart" to be one

of the most courageous affairs one can undertake>
