  • Thanks a lot Sifu

    Hello all,
I had a small operation on my lower back yesterday to remove a pilonidal sinus (not sure about the spelling). Thanks to my chi-kung routine I felt healthy and confident going in and only slightly nervous. After the operation I was a bit dizzy from the anesthetic but within 2 hours I was walking around slowly, drinking eating and feeling ok. Today I woke up at 7 and did some work on computer and went for a short walk around the block with my dad. Hopefully I will be back to full strength soon.

A big thank you to Sifu for teaching me Chikung and to Guan Yin for the feeling of reassurance when I needed it most.

When I was in my very early teens I got my first mole. "That dont suit me" I prematurely thought, and ended up removing it with a pair of scissors. Snip!
The bleeding did not stop for two days!

Congratulations in having chosen a wiser more practical way dealing with your little problem!
