Erica, I was just about to make this exact same post. I have a Mac, does this have anything to do with it?
Just right-click on the link, then go to "Ziel speichern unter" (I only have a German OSX; this should be translatet as: "goal [or object?] save as ..." , then the file downloads without problems.
You only need a player, the free Quick Time Player won't do. (I took MPlayer - works fine!)
