I find the clips on Venerable Hai Deng and his training clips to be quite interesting. Sifu mentioned that Venerable Hai Deng was a Northern Shaolin master and that his specialties include the arts of Two-Finger Zen and Plum-Flower Formation.

Thank you very much for the wonderful list of videos. I think this thread got much overlooked. I especially enjoyed the videos of Cheng Man Ching and Tai Chi Chuan weapons videos. I also saw one of my favorite videos on the list of Lu Zi Jian, who has remained remarkably youthful and still more proficient in his Bagua Zhang and fighting than youths. Also not to forget mentioning the clips of Master Hai Deng, one of Dr. Yan Xin's Qigong teachers. It is really a large list.

Dear Tu Le,

It obviously wasn't matrix style bullet dodgying (I know your not stupid enough to think that ), probably more turning in close to the person holding the gun.

I probably thought that was rubbish a year ago, but the head of our School's teacher, was taught by master Su Dong Chen. He remarked that all along the side of his body are bullet scars and knife marks, basically it shows that he was constantly evading, entering and turning into his opponents.

Requires excellent skill of course, but I have heard that master Su Dong Chen's skill is excellent.

That is certainly some fine Wushu. I am always impressed by their fexibility, because I have to work hard to gain even a little bit of it (although they probably work much harder.)
