Due to high response from martial artists in Miami area, we are adding an "Introduction to Internal Force Training" course for martial artists.
In this four hour class, participants will be able to experience internal force, learn methods for daily practice to build and develop their internal force. For anyone that has been reading this thread and is considering but hasn't yet signed up for any of the courses in Miami or New York--

I highly recommend that you do. Every attendee at Sifu's courses in Los Angeles was thrilled about them. It is a very rare opportunity that you will treasure for a lifetime.

Hi everyone,

I can hardly believe it's been almost a month since I took Sigung's courses in Miami. While the courses themselves have greatly helped my practice, I wanted to take a minute to share some of my personal highlights during time spent outside of the courses.

I should mention that because I am a student of Sifu Anthony (Antonius), I was incredibly fortunate to be able to spend much of my free time with my Sifu, Sissook Eugene, Siheng(?) Adam, and Sigung.

My highlights:

-I will never forget the first time I addressed Sigung as "Sigung", and he smiled and acknowledged me.

-My Sifu transmitting chi to my hand through a table. He had asked Sigung a question about it, and Sigung told him he could do it and asked him to demonstrate on me. I held my hand under the table and could feel Sifu transmitting chi to it. What was really wild was when he started moving his fingers in patterns and I could feel the same patterns on my hand, as in I felt distinct patterns and looked up and saw Sifu's hand moving the same way. My hand and forearm felt charged and tingly for a solid 30 minutes afterwards.

-Seeing Sifu, Sissook, and Sigung living what they preach. While I have been learning Shaolin kung fu from Sifu for around 6 months now, I have always lived some distance away and been able to come have lessons once every couple of months. This was the first time I had been able to spend a good amount of time outside of lessons with Sifu, and the first time I had met Sissook Eugene and Sigung. Seeing how the Shaolin Arts are truly a part of their lives really brought many of the things I have been told and read in Sigung's books and on this forum alive for me. Talk about Inspiration!

-On a lighter note, how when driving around with Sigung, we always found the best parking spots (what my friends and I refer to as "rockstar parking"). This did not happen once or twice. It was EVERY TIME Sigung was in the car! Parking was always in a pretty busy area, too. I should add that Sifu did pretty well with this himself when it was just him, Adam, and me in the car :)

Thank you Sifu and Sigung!

I look forward to meeting more of my kung fu family in the future.

Best Regards,
Chris

The American tour was a terrific success. I'd particularly like to thank my little brother Eugene for doing such a great job.

As usual, I would like to thank Sifu Wong for his generosity. But I would also like to thank him for never being complacent.

I've watched Sifu's teaching evolve since 1997, and I am amazed at how he continually finds ways to improve his teaching methods. Every year, I think, "He cannot possibly get any better." But every year, he does.

Sometimes, I wonder if students really understand how lucky they are. The recent courses in Miami and New York were at about the same level as the Intensive Courses in Malaysia from a few years ago. So for $275, students got what it would have cost them $1000 a few years ago. And $1000 was already a bargain for that course!

As a budding young teacher myself, it is an inspiration to watch Sifu teach. I hope that, after practicing the arts for 40 years, I can also find a way to continually improve myself and my teaching.
