The final details are still to be confirmed, the current information is for the benefit of everyone wishing to participate in the course.
The Chi Kung course will be held within London and will last for 12 weeks. There will be one class per week, each class will last for two hours and will be held at the weekend to allow course participants the opportunity to discuss aspects of their practice with each other outside of the class.
The forms taught will be the Eight Pieces of Brocade and the Course Objective will be to Generate An Internal Energy Flow. The course itself is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners as the training will focus on skill development, in particular Relaxation, Smiling From The Heart, natural breathing and Letting Go.
The course fee will be £175 for the full course, as with all classes and courses offerred by the Shaolin Wahnam Institute anyone who feels that they have not accomplished the Course Objective can request a full refund of their fees.
Pease note that due to the travel involved, a minimum and maximum number of course participants has been set for the course.
