Free Talk and Join in Demo

As a pre-cursor to the Chi Kung course starting in Exeter (Devon) 3rd week in January, I would like to invite all interested parties to a free one hour talk and join in demonstration at Exeter Central Library, Castle Street, Exeter on 16th December from 18:00 to 19:00 hours.
I shall be giving a brief introduction to Shaolin Wahnam Cosmos Chi kung, it's history and benefits, answering any questions and taking participants through Lifting the Sky, the first pattern of the 18 Lohan Hands.

I'd like to thank everyone who attended the free Join in demo and talk. It was also a wonderful learning experience for myself:D

For those who are interested there is another free talk and join in demo in Totnes at The Mansion (on the main high street) again between 18:00 - 19:00 hours. This one will be on the Tuesday 6th January, look forward to seeing you there.
